How to classic vegan/eggless chocolate chip cookies

Chunky, thick and rustic, Vegan Chocolate chip cookies, feature chewy, crunchy and supper chocolatey, classic vegan chocolate chip cookies. 

There are more than thousands of chocolate chips cookies recipe with different versions and variations. But for me this is my easiest beast combo of  healthy classic vegan chocolate chip cookies recipe for all time, they are chewy, crunchy, and super chocolatey.

This recipe doesn't contain any fancy ingredients, just straight forward, clean vegan cookies, with easy cooking, no mess and no time consuming. This recipe literally turns out perfect every single time.

My family has a softy side for this classic cookies. However, they do love the classic cookies. As its summer, and every summer addition the cookies is a must. And were tempting to eat some cookies and also missing the levitating aroma of baked cookies to whole house, and to my smelling sense. 

So, I made this classic vegan yet healthy chocolate chip cookies. Well, there is no need for any special reason or occasion to make these cookies. 
But make them as giving some love to yourself with cookies, as no one else will. 





HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES :

This cookie dough is made with basic healthy ingredients: Flour, brown sugar, coconut oil, milk, baking powder, salt & vanilla. These ingredients are surely available in your kitchen to make this easy super easy cookies. 

Like said, the cookies keeping in mind made healthier. So these cookies may not be in more chewier, buttery, gooey inside. But on healthier side as in terms of using ingredients. 

Use of sugar: I used more brown sugar, to skip pain casters sugar, in terms the cookies won't be more spreadable for not using the pain sugar and won't be as gooey inside as classic cookies. 

Use of milk: As the cookies are eggless, and need more binding so, I used milk in replace of egg. (you can use any choice of milk you prefer)(plant milk or nut milk). 





Steps of making the vegan classic chocolate chip cookies:

Step 1: Combine coconut oil, brown sugar. 
Step 2: Add Milk and splash of vanilla, give a mix till sugar dissolved and have ribbon consistency. 
Step 3: Combine by adding flour, baking powder and Salt, mix till the cookie dough come like. 
Step 4: Add chocolate chips (the more the better). 
Step 5: Make sure the chocolate is evenly mix in the dough. 
Step 6: Chill the cookie dough for 30 mins and scoop out the cookie dough evenly with help of ice-cream scooper or even spoon but make sure the size of dough is even, if not then it may be varied in cook of cookie as some of the cookies may overcook. 
Step 7: Bake at 180 to 160 degree Celsius or 325 Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. 



HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS/VEGAN CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES :

      Serve 
  9 cookies

    Prep time               Cooking time 
   10 minutes           15 minutes




               Ingredients 

                     
                       1/2 cup Brown sugar 
                       1/3 cup milk
                       1 Plain flour
                       1 tsp Baking powder 
                        1/2 tsp Vanilla 
                        


             Instructions:

1. In medium bowl, whisk Coconut oil and Brown sugar. 
2. Add Milk and splash of Vanilla, mix till sugar dissolve and batter be ribbon consistency. 
3. Combine Plain flour, baking powder and salt. 
4. Mix till comes dough like. 
5. Add Chocolate chips the more the better for more chocolatey in taste. 
6. Chill the cookie dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
7. Line a parchment paper in a baking tray. 
8. Scoop out the cookie dough in a baking tray, line with parchment paper. 
9. Bake the cookies at 180 to 160 degree Celsius or 325 Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. 
10. Let the cookie cool down. 
11. Get a glass of milk for you, to enjoy the dip cookies in milk. 



            Notes:

  • Remember these cookies are not as chewy and gooey. If you the cookie to be more chewy and gooey side add caster sugar. 
  • For caster add 1/3 cup caster sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar for more spreading, chewy, gooey cookies.
  • Don't roll down the cookies in balls, before baking.
  • I like my cookies on crunchy side, soo I kept the cookies in the oven for total 18 minutes. 
  • You can bake the cookies for 12 mins. 
  • It depends on your choice of taste as how you like to enjoy your cookies. (I enjoy my with glass of milk)
